    What is the best way to measure for curtains?

    EcoMed disposable curtains are made from 100% polypropylene which are durable and have shown that they can stay hanging for ONE YEAR or more. However, we recommend that each hospital carries out its own assessment to set the frequency at which the curtains should be changed in different areas.

    It is an industry standard that disposable curtains should be changed every 3-6 months, or sooner if heavily soiled. In high-risk areas, we recommend changing curtains every 1-3 months. In low-risk areas, the curtains could be changed every 3-6 months. In infectious disease units, isolation wards, intensive care units, etc., we highly recommend that curtains be changed once patients leave.
